The name Theian originates from Theia, whose collision with Earth is thought to have formed the Moon. It is a story of transformation — how fragments can become form, how chaos can become beauty, how darkness can learn to reflect light.

The musicians behind Theian are no strangers to the stage. They are also known from the Finnish melancholic rock band Naryan, which has released four albums and toured both in Finland and internationally.

Theian was born out of a need to make music for those who have fallen — and found something beautiful on the way back up.
